Faith

Faith can be a source of comfort, meaning, and connection, but it can also bring confusion, pressure, or pain. Whether you are navigating church hurt, questioning long-held beliefs, exploring identity and spirituality, or seeking a more authentic faith, therapy can offer space to process openly and reconnect with your values and sense of self.

Identity and boundaries

You may appear high-functioning on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about who you are in this season of life. Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.

Relationships can deeply impact the way we see ourselves and experience daily life. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from your partner, struggling with communication and boundaries, or caught in unhealthy relationship patterns, therapy can help you build deeper connection, emotional security, and healthier ways of relating.

who we are

Meet the owner

I’m Jordan Kennington, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and LPC Supervisor-Candidate based in Greenville, South Carolina. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, and faith or spirituality concerns. My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique personality, values, and experiences.

I especially enjoy working with women navigating dating, marriage, boundaries, self-worth, and major life changes, as well as clients exploring faith transitions, church hurt, spirituality, and identity in a supportive and affirming space. My goal is to help clients develop deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of clarity and connection in their lives.

I offer in-person counseling in Greenville, SC near downtown, as well as virtual counseling services throughout South Carolina. To help make therapy more accessible, our practice also offers reduced-rate evening and weekend sessions through carefully supervised counseling interns.
